Invest in Her’s 2022 Pitch Competition
The Invest in Her team is thrilled to be hosting our sixth pitch competition! This round we are focusing on businesses that cater to women+ and/or girls. In other words, this pitch is For Her, By Her. We can’t wait to see what applications come in!
What you need to know before applying:
Eligibility:
Must be a legal business entity that is at least 51% women owned
Business must be located within Allegheny County, Pennsylvania
Applicant/ business owner must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Non-profit entities are not eligible for this competition
Business must be in operation for at least one year
Your business must meet at least ONE of the following criteria:
Focuses on women+ and/or girls
Addresses a current need in the marketplace
Addresses a specific demand/gap that is unique to women+ and/or girls

Application Closes - September 9, 2022
Semifinalists contacted for virtual interview: October 2022
Finalist selected and provided a competition mentor: End of October-Beginning of November 2022
